Hen Hud loses business adminstrator April 16 Hendrick Hudson Schools Superintendent Dr. Daniel McCann announced today that Assistant Superintendent for Business Robin Zimmerman has accepted a position in Dutchess County and will leave Hendrick Hudson in June. The Bush SCOTUS Moves Toward Removing Corporate Taxation Altogether

This is going to get a little dry for those of you who aren't conversant with legal language but try to stay with it - the principle is important. The SCOTUS said yesterday that there are strict limitaions to how much corporate income states can tax if the company maintains an out-of-state HQ. A unanimous Supreme Court decision on Tuesday limited the ability of states to tax the income that companies with out-of-state headquarters earn from their investments in businesses in their home state.http://casadelogo.typepad.com/factesque/20...
