S-E changes name to Square Enix Holdings

Square Enix has announced that the company is to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary that take over SE's business from October 2008. They will change their name to Square-Enix Holdings Co, Ltd. and the process will be sent for approval by shareholders in June.
